- Check the product details. Review the book title, edition, description, available format, and any compatibility or download conditions.
- Add the book to your cart. Continue to checkout and verify the items in your order.
- Complete payment. Provide accurate checkout details, including a valid email address, and finish the purchase process.
- Check your order status. Eligible downloads become accessible after payment confirmation and any required order processing.
- Locate your download link. Look on the order confirmation screen, in the order email, or under My Account Downloads where available.
- Download and save your file. Select the available download link and save the file to a location you can find again.
- Open your book. Use a compatible reading app, or extract the downloaded archive first if your product is supplied as ZIP, RAR, or 7Z.

Where Can I Find My eBook Downloads?
1. Order Confirmation Page
Once checkout is completed and your order is eligible, download links may appear on the order confirmation page. Select the link for the relevant digital book.
2. Order Confirmation Email
BooksStore may send download links or delivery instructions to the email address entered during checkout. Check your inbox and, if necessary, your spam or junk folder.
3. My Account — Downloads
If you have a customer account, sign in and open My Downloads to view eligible downloadable purchases. You can also check My Orders for order information.
Guest checkout: If guest checkout is enabled, you may not have an account download dashboard. Use the delivery options supplied for your purchase or contact customer support.

- Open Files or Downloads.
- Locate the saved document.
- Open it with a compatible app.

- Open the link in Safari or another browser.
- Download the available file.
- Open the Files app.
- Find the Downloads folder.

- Open your BooksStore download link.
- Save the file to your computer.
- Open File Explorer.

How to Open ZIP, RAR and 7Z eBook Files
Some BooksStore products are delivered as compressed archives. These files may contain one or more digital books, folders, or supporting files.
Important: ZIP, RAR and 7Z are archive formats, not directly readable eBook formats. You generally need to extract their contents before opening the book itself.
- Download the archive. Save your ZIP, RAR or 7Z file to your device.
- Open an extraction tool. ZIP is supported by many operating systems; RAR and 7Z may require additional software.
- Extract the contents. Select Extract or Unzip and choose a destination folder.
- Find the eBook file. Open the extracted folder and identify the PDF, EPUB, or other reading file.
- Open the book. Use a compatible reader for the extracted file type.
Suggested Extraction Software
- Windows: Built-in ZIP extraction, or a suitable archive application such as 7-Zip .
- macOS: Archive Utility for ZIP, or a compatible app for RAR and 7Z.
- Android: A compatible file manager or archive extraction app.
- iPhone / iPad: Files supports ZIP archives; additional apps may be required for RAR and 7Z.
Archive passwords: If a purchased archive is password-protected, use only instructions supplied with the product or order. If the password is missing, contact BooksStore. Do not run unexpected executable files contained in an archive.
Troubleshooting Download Problems
I paid but cannot find my download.
Confirm your order status, check your purchase email and spam folder, and review My Account Downloads if applicable. Contact support if access is still missing.
My download link expired.
Download links may have expiry dates or usage limits. Contact support with your order number to review available options.
The file will not open.
Confirm its actual file extension and use an application that supports that format. Extract ZIP, RAR or 7Z archives before trying to open the book inside.
The download is incomplete or corrupted.
Check available storage, retry the download if permitted, and use a reliable internet connection. If the problem continues, contact support.
I received the wrong file or format.
Compare the downloaded content with the product description. If the file does not match what was advertised, contact BooksStore for review.
My Kindle or eReader cannot read the book.
